A woman gets on a bus with her baby. The bus driver says: ''Ugh, that's the ugliest baby I've ever seen!'' The woman walks to the rear of the bus and sits down, fuming. She says to a man next to her: ''The driver just insulted me!'' The man says: ''You go up there and tell him off. Go on, I'll hold your monkey for you.''

I’m Eric Gay one of the few natives of Mecklenburg County. I grew up in a family restaurant Calabash Cove and 42nd Street Oyster Bar opening oysters and waiting tables from a young age through college. I attended Independence High School Graduated in 1984 and UNC-Charlotte in 1990. I graduated from UNCC with a BS in Business Administration and moved to Shelby, NC.
In Shelby I opened a computer business and married my wonderful wife Stephani. After selling the computer business, I purchased a Coldwell Banker Franchise in 1999 and started selling homes. We grew the business to 5 offices in Western NC. Eventually, I sold the offices and expanded my home selling geographic territory to include the Charlotte Metro Area. />
I specialize in selling homes in Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Rowan, Union and Mecklenburg Counties. I joined RE/MAX Executive in 2010 and The Premier Team in 2015.
We have two great children. My Son is a High School Soccer Goal Keeper Avery 15 and My Daughter is a Middle School Cheerleader Caroline 12. We are an avid sports family and are typically at a soccer match or a football game. We live on Moss Lake between Shelby and Cherryville and have 2 dogs Ace and Macy that enjoy chasing the waves as boats go by our house.
I really enjoy helping folks get their homes sold fast and for top dollar. I Look forward to the opportunity of working with you!
